Step 1

Request Your Access

Send an email to support@smartketingmedia.com and request Help Desk access.

Note: A representative will confirm with you once your invitation has been sent.

Step 2

Check Your Inbox

Look for an email with the following subject line: MMLJ | Smartketingmedia Help Desk: Access Invitation

Important: If you do not see it in your main inbox, please check your Junk or SPAM folder.

Step 3

Create Your Password and First Ticket

Open the invitation email and follow the link to set a personal password. Once inside the platform, you can create your first support ticket immediately.

Tip: You can also open a new ticket directly by clicking the green button labeled "Open a ticket" found on the page.
